Description

The AMS1587 series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide 3A output current and to operate down to 1V input-to-output differential.

Features

Three Terminal Adjustable or Fixed Voltages 1.5V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.5V and 5.0V.
Output Current of 3A.
Operates Down to 1V Dropout.
Fast Transient response.
Line Regulation: 0.015%.
TO-220, TO-263 and TO-252 packages available AMS1587 3A LOW.
